Today we have two cake slices for you in pastry size on sponge bases. The first cake has a red/pink punch glaze with light sponge between layers of cream with cream swirls and a red cocktail cherry on top. The second cake has a light coffee cream layer on top with chocolate chips and a mocha cream layer between a light dark chocolate sponge layer. Both cakes have a strong sponge base.
